At Royal Desert Farm FZE, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

The 20-Minute Essential Rule

Due to the perishable nature of our products, return requests must be placed within 20 minutes of delivery if product is spoiled, rotten, or damaged from Royal Desert Farm FZE.

A. 3rd Party Courier (Regional)

If products are damaged due to fault of the local courier service, the customer should claim via the courier service provider. They will be responsible for the refund.

B. RDF Delivery Driver (Local)

If products are damaged due to fault of our own delivery driver, please contact us directly via Email for your product refund claim.

Delivery
Safety Protocol

Keep the cooler ice box prepared on your doorstep.

Ensure enough ice & water is inside relative to order size.

Due to heat conditions in the UAE, customers must provide a cooler box with ice if they are not available during the delivery slot.

Driver Action: If a customer is unreachable, products will be kept at the doorstep (ideally in the provided cooler). Photos of the delivery and call logs will be sent as proof.

RDF is not responsible for products spoiled or rotten due to customer delivery delays or failure to provide proper cooling facilities.

Contact support via email with order number and item details.

Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Package items securely with order confirmation copy.

Send to the address provided by our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable items that have been opened or consumed, or items marked as "final sale".

Refund Process

Refunds processed within 10 to 45 business days to the original mode of payment after inspection.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately after ordering if changes are needed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Include photos of the item for expedited processing.
